ROCKY MOUNTAIN ELK SKINNER
Called the Rocky Mountain Elk Skinner, this 4-inch long wide-body blade is a smooth operating tool for the serious hunter or a working guide. Featuring a superb example of premium Sambar Elk crown stag, it is combined with two pieces of rare Briar from the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. One is featured prominently in the handle separating the stag from the guard, and the other is inlaid in the crown itself. Note the thin copper spacers that compliment the natural colors of the materials. The blade is ground to a razor's edge and is capable of a separating a mature bull elk from its hide quickly. With its safe and deep pouch style sheath, this skinner is comfortable on horseback or in a 4X4 as well as around camp. |
